Phase Creative

Whether you require a brand new website or a complete re-design, we take the time to listen to your business needs to design a website with a strong visual impact that has great customer experience, performs well and is engineered with a strategy to achieve your business goals.

Before we even talk about your website, we need to learn about your business goals and where you’re headed. You’ll speak with our Creative Director Sophia Avraam who will be managing the project from start to finish. Sophia will ask you questions to get to the core of what your business needs are. Do not worry if you haven’t yet figured this out, as we also have an expert strategist Tim Whitehill who can work with you to build a business strategy starting with your vision, mission and values to solidify your brand and purpose. It is important to get this right as it will set the stage for everything we do together to make your project a success.

With a definite understanding of the results you need; we get deep into the research phase of the project. At this stage we will be able to provide you with a proposal outlining strategic roadmap and web design production plan to achieve your goals.

This is the exciting part - design and web development. We will present a to you a mock-up of your website that will incorporate a strategic design to meet the goals we have discussed. We will then work on developing the design into a fully functional and responsive website. We will keep you updates regularly as we design, build and launch your website.

The relationship doesn’t need to end here, 3 months after your website launch we will arrange a post website meeting to find out how the website is working for you so far, answer any questions and see if we can support you on any further projects to get you closer to reaching your goals. Whether you’re wanting to form a close relationship with us to consult on all of your marketing needs or simply wanting us to support your in-house marketing manager, we can help formulate an inbound marketing strategy that can work alongside your brand new website to ensure your message is consistent, fresh and engaging. We also provide website Care Plans to help you with software updates, security scans, cloud backups, spam removal and more, so you can just focus on running your business.

The cost of a website can vary depending on various factors, just like the cost of a house may vary. Though our website projects generally start in the £5,000 and range upward depending on your unique needs

The time it takes to produce a website depends on the size and complexity of your site and the quality of content that you have ready to go. Content can cause the biggest delays towards finishing a website in the time projected. Providing us with as much content as possible earlier on in the process will allow us to focus more on the design and function of the site, rather than trying to piece it together as we go along. Alternatively, we can do the copywriting for you at an added cost.

Yes, we can help you get this set up and we can work with your existing provider. We are not a web hosting company.

Of course. The work doesn’t need to stop here. As an extension of your project we can offer a variety of services such as digital strategy, social media and content marketing to work alongside your brand new website. All of the services we provide can be found here.

The time it takes for your website to appear on page 1 of Google depends on a number of factors. It depends on the search phrase people are using to find your website and the number of other websites that are also available for those search phrases. Nobody can truly say how long it will take for your website to appear at the top of search engine results pages (including people who actually work for Google), however there are a number of factors that can improve your chances. Building your website on WordPress is a good start as WordPress has some great Search Engine Optimisation fundamentals built-in. Creating unique and interesting content on a regular basis for your website is also critical to increase your visibility amongst search engines. Launching your website and then forgetting about it is a surefire way to get lost amongst the noise. We are happy to talk to you more about your search engine strategy upon request.

We will install Google analytics software on your new website and show you how to log into your Google analytics account where you can see a wide range of statistics about your website including number of visits, page views and the amount of time people are spending on your website. If you subscribe to our website care plan you will also receive a more detailed analysis about your website performance and recommendations on how to improve.

Whilst we like to be flexible and responsive to your needs, we also like to deliver what we promise within the time frames and budgets we have allowed. If you ask us to add new features to your website while we are building it, we will most likely ask why? If we all agree that your new request will help us achieve our objectives then we will be more than happy to oblige. If your new feature is something you would like to add to your website but is not directly tied to your original objectives then we will suggest to schedule it for a second iteration of the website once it has been launched. This will require a new proposal.

Schedule a no strings attached consultation to see what happens next. We would love to hear about your project!
